The store operates through two main sections:
Design Shop
Every item in the Design Shop is custom-made and crafted exclusively for each customer. Production is carried out by trusted manufacturing partners based in the European Union and the United States.
Since products are made to order or sourced on demand, availability may fluctuate; however, any updates will be noticed on the product page. Additionally, product images are for illustrative purposes only. Variations in colors, placement, and details might occur due to printing methods, materials, or screen settings. Even so, our partners employ advanced printing technology to guarantee high-quality results.
Pet Corner
Items in the Pet Corner are carefully sourced and fulfilled through trusted international partners, primarily shipping from Asia to various global destinations. All Pet Corner products delivered within the United States are available with no additional shipping fees.
3. Pricing and Currency
Prices appear in USD or EUR, depending on your location and browser settings.
All retail prices include VAT. However, customs duties or import taxes may apply in specific circumstances (see Section 7).
We may update prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

The availability of installment payment options may vary depending on factors such as location, currency, device, browser, and the payment provider’s internal policies.
Installment payment options do not affect product pricing, production times, or delivery schedules.
5. Order Confirmation and Acceptance
After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email.
However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- provided information is incomplete or inaccurate
- we detect suspected fraud or abuse
- fulfillment becomes impossible due to availability or technical issues
If an order is canceled, any payment received will be refunded.
6. Production and Shipping
Production Time
Made-to-order products usually require 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Pet Corner items generally undergo a processing period of 1 to 3 business days before being dispatched for delivery.
Shipping Locations
Whenever possible, we ship orders from the fulfillment center closest to the delivery address.
- USA → typically fulfilled domestically
- EU → typically fulfilled within the EU
- UK → fulfilled through EU or international facilities
- Pet Corner items → shipped internationally
Shipping costs and delivery estimates appear at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees:
- USA: 3–8 business days
- EU & UK: 5–10 business days
- Italy: 3–10 business days
- Other regions: varies
Once your shipping details are entered at checkout, the system will display the most accurate delivery estimate available for your address. Tracking information is provided by email once the order ships.
7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
In most cases, orders do not incur customs fees.
However, if an order shipped from a facility outside the customer’s region may be subject to customs duties or import taxes due to local regulations or policy changes.
Akita Family Love assumes responsibility for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
If a customer is required to pay such fees upon delivery, he/she must provide proof of payment (e.g., official receipt) by emailing admin@akitafamilylove.com within 14 business days. Upon verification, the corresponding amount will be refunded.
8. Returns and Refunds
Design Shop
Because Design Shop products are made to order and often personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- change of mind
- buyer’s remorse
We accept returns or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Please contact support@akitafamilylove.com within 14 days of delivery, including photos and order details.
Pet Corner
Pet Corner products follow a different return process.

9. Order Cancellation
- Design Shop: Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is no longer possible.
- Pet Corner: Orders may be canceled prior to their dispatch for delivery from our partner warehouses.
10. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
All content available on this Website—including but not limited to designs, images, graphics, logos, text, product concepts, and branding—belongs exclusively to Akita Family Love or is licensed for exclusive use.
The Akita Family Love logo was professionally designed and acquired with exclusive rights from Looka.com.
All original designs and creative works offered for sale remain the intellectual property of Akita Family Love.
By using this Website or purchasing products, you do not acquire any ownership, intellectual property rights, or license to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content.
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized activities, including reproduction, resale, hacking, spamming, or distribution of the website’s content, may lead to legal action.
11. Limitation of Liability
Akita Family Love is not responsible for:
- shipping delays caused by carriers or customs authorities
- delivery issues due to incorrect addresses
- damages resulting from improper product use
- temporary Website interruptions or technical issues
